How much does window replacement cost?
There isn't one honest number — every home is different. Window count, opening size, style, glass package, and whether an opening needs structural repair each move the total substantially, so a single 'starting at' figure would be wrong for most homes. What we can be specific about is the tier: ProVia builds four window lines, from the economy all-vinyl ecoLite up through Aspect, Endure, and the wood-clad-interior Aeris. We quote your actual openings and itemize what drives the price.

What warranty do you offer?
Two, and they cover different things. Aspen Bravo backs the installation with a limited-lifetime installation warranty — as long as you own the home, if something fails because of how it was installed, we come back and fix it. Separately, the products themselves are covered by ProVia's Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty, which covers vinyl, glass, and hardware and transfers to one subsequent owner of the home. Most early problems with replacement windows trace to installation rather than the product, so the installation warranty is the one that protects you most — get both in writing before you sign, from us or anyone else.
How long does installation take?
The installation itself is the short part. For a typical 4-bedroom home of 15 to 25 openings, crews are in your house 2 to 3 working days — a professional crew averages about 10 to 12 openings per day. The longer stretch is manufacturing: ProVia builds every unit to order, which takes 6 to 8 weeks. Plan on roughly 8 to 10 weeks total from signed agreement to final walkthrough. Framing repair discovered mid-install can add a day or three, and we’ll tell you before we start if anything about your home is likely to push it longer.
