Aspen Bravo is installing in metro Nashville now. Same model that’s worked in East Tennessee since the beginning: windows and doors only, itemized local pricing, and an Aspen Bravo inspector who signs off on every job before it’s called done.
We serve Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, Sumner, Robertson, Cheatham, and Dickson counties — Nashville proper plus the surrounding metro. If you don’t see your county listed, call (865) 770-3100 — we’ll tell you straight whether we can get to you.
Nashville Homes Are Not All the Same Age
Nashville’s housing stock splits in a way that changes the conversation completely.
On one side: 1920s–1940s bungalows and cottages in East Nashville, Germantown, 12South, and Sylvan Park — original wood windows, sashes painted shut, weight-and-pulley systems, and in some neighborhoods, historic overlay rules that constrain what you’re allowed to put back in. Getting a modern energy package into one of those openings without wrecking the sightlines is a specific skill.
On the other: a decade and a half of subdivision construction across Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, and Sumner counties — Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville — where builder-grade double-pane units installed in the 2000s are now hitting the age where seals fail and sashes stop operating.
Those two jobs are priced differently, sequenced differently, and go wrong in different ways. If a contractor quotes you the same way for both, that tells you something.
If your house is in a historic overlay, tell us at the consultation. Approval requirements vary by district and can affect both the product and the timeline, and we’d rather build that into the schedule than discover it after the order is placed.
Every Install Gets Signed Off by Aspen Bravo
Your installation may be performed by an Aspen Bravo crew or by a vetted local partner, depending on the project. What doesn’t vary is the sign-off: an Aspen Bravo quality control inspector inspects every installation before it’s called complete, and anything that isn’t right gets corrected before the crew leaves your property — not scheduled for a callback.
The workmanship warranty is held by Aspen Bravo either way. You never have to chase a subcontractor over a window we put in.
This matters more in a market like Nashville than almost anywhere. Fast-growing metros attract high-volume operators, and volume is exactly where install quality quietly degrades.
What We Install
We install replacement windows — double-hung, casement, picture, sliding, bay and bow, and custom architectural shapes — and replacement doors including entry, patio, and storm doors.
All ProVia, built to order in four tiers: ecoLite™ (economy all-vinyl), Aspect™ (mid tier, with INNERGY® thermal reinforcements), Endure™ (premium vinyl with graphite foam frame insulation), and Aeris™ (wood-clad interior). Double-hung in particular is worth knowing about here — it’s the profile that reads correctly on a pre-war Nashville bungalow, and it’s the one most often specified in historic districts.
The tier matters less than who installs it. See how to tell good window installation from bad.
Nashville Pricing, Itemized
We don’t publish a price per window, and we’d rather say why than quietly leave it out.
Window count, opening size, style, glass package, and whether an opening needs structural repair each move a project’s total substantially — and in older Nashville housing stock, framing repair is found often enough that any honest quote has to address it up front rather than as a day-of surprise. A single “starting at” figure would be wrong for most homes here.
What you get instead is an itemized quote, a written change-order policy, and a ballpark repair rate quoted before anyone opens a wall.
On whether it’s worth doing at all: we ran the real numbers, including the ones that don’t flatter us, in are replacement windows worth it. Nashville sits in ENERGY STAR’s South-Central climate zone, which governs which windows can carry the ENERGY STAR label on your house — a window certified for a northern zone is not automatically the right window here.

Financing
$0-down and monthly-payment financing is available for qualified buyers, arranged during your free in-home quote — no separate application in advance.
Ask any contractor, us included, whether a promotional rate is true 0% or deferred interest. Deferred-interest structures charge interest retroactively on the entire original balance if any amount remains when the promo ends. See financing options.
Why This Company Exists
Aspen Bravo is veteran-owned, and every project funds our Veteran Ranch initiative — debt-free working land that grows food for veteran families and gives veteran organizations permanent ground to work from. It’s not a cause bolted onto a window company; it’s why the window company exists. More here.
