Alcoa is home base. East Tennessee is where Aspen Bravo was built, where our headquarters sits, and where our longest-tenured crews work. Every process we now run in Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, and Huntsville was proven here first.
We install replacement windows and doors across 11 East Tennessee counties, including Knox, Blount, Sevier, Loudon, and Anderson — covering Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, Farragut, and the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. If you’re not sure whether your address is in our service area, call us at (865) 770-3100 and we’ll confirm it same-day.
Built for East Tennessee Housing Stock
East Tennessee doesn’t have one kind of house, and that matters more than it sounds.
A 1960s brick ranch in West Knoxville, a 1920s foursquare in Old North Knoxville, a lake house on Tellico, and a cabin above Pigeon Forge each present a different opening, a different exposure, and a different set of surprises once the old unit comes out. Crews that work here constantly have already met all of them — the rotted header behind the trim, the brick-mould opening that isn’t square, the second-story gable that needs staging.
That’s the practical argument for a specialist. A remodeler splitting time across kitchens, roofing, and decks might install a few dozen windows a year. We install windows and doors and nothing else, which means more repetitions, and repetition is the cheapest form of quality control in this trade.
Every Install Gets Signed Off by Aspen Bravo
Your installation may be performed by an Aspen Bravo crew or by a vetted local partner, depending on the project. What doesn’t vary is the sign-off: an Aspen Bravo quality control inspector inspects every installation before it’s called complete, and anything that isn’t right gets corrected before the crew leaves your property — not scheduled for a callback.
The workmanship warranty is held by Aspen Bravo either way. You never have to chase a subcontractor over a window we put in.
What We Install
We install replacement windows in double-hung, casement, picture, sliding, bay and bow, and custom architectural shapes — and replacement doors including entry, patio, and storm doors.
All of it is ProVia, built to order in four tiers:
| Line | What it is |
|---|---|
| ecoLite™ | Economy all-vinyl, welded frame and sash, white only |
| Aspect™ | Mid tier — SunShield® vinyl and INNERGY® thermal reinforcements in place of conventional metal |
| Endure™ | Premium vinyl — graphite foam frame insulation, widest color and glass-package selection |
| Aeris™ | Vinyl exterior with a genuine wood-clad interior |
Each step buys measurably more, not just a badge. But the tier matters less than who installs it — see our guide on how to tell good window installation from bad.
How We Talk About Cost in East Tennessee
We don’t publish a price per window, and we’d rather explain why than quietly leave it out.
Window count, opening size, style, glass package, and whether an opening needs structural repair each move a project’s total substantially. A straightforward swap into a sound frame and a bay window that needs new structural support are not the same job. A single “starting at” number would be wrong for most East Tennessee homes, and a number that’s wrong for most homes is its own kind of markup.
What we can be specific about is the tier you’re choosing between, and what drives your particular number up or down. You’ll get that itemized, before work begins.
Wondering whether the project pays off at all? We ran the actual arithmetic — including the unflattering version — in are replacement windows worth it. East Tennessee sits in ENERGY STAR’s South-Central climate zone, which determines which windows can carry the ENERGY STAR label on your house.
Ask us about current utility rebates when we measure — programs change, and we’ll tell you what’s actually available rather than what looked good in last year’s brochure.
How We Compare in Knoxville
Renewal by Andersen leads this market on brand recognition. Window World leads on price positioning. Aspen Bravo’s position is in between and deliberate: local ownership, a windows-and-doors-only crew, an inspector who signs off on every job, and pricing that’s transparent about what moves it — no “today only” discount theater.
For a framework to compare all of us fairly, including the questions we’d rather you ask us, see how to compare window companies in Knoxville and the 10 questions to ask any window installer.
Financing
$0-down and monthly-payment financing is available for qualified buyers, arranged during your free in-home quote — there’s no separate application to fill out in advance.
One thing worth asking any contractor, us included: whether a promotional rate is true 0% or deferred interest. Under a deferred-interest structure, a balance remaining when the promo period ends typically triggers interest charged retroactively on the entire original amount. See financing options for what’s currently available.
Why This Company Exists
Aspen Bravo is veteran-owned, and every project we complete funds our Veteran Ranch initiative — debt-free working land that grows food for veteran families, hosts other veteran organizations’ events, and gives them permanent ground to work from.
That’s not a cause we attached to a window company. It’s the reason the window company exists, and it’s why a callback we have to eat is a project that didn’t fund the mission. Doing it right the first time is the business model. More about that here.
