We are hiring a driven Area Sales Director to launch and grow our Huntsville, Alabama market by recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing sales organization.
In this role, you will recruit the Senior Design Consultant(s) who will become the field leaders for your market, build a team of Marketing Coordinators (door-to-door canvassers), and develop a winning culture that consistently generates qualified homeowner appointments.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit and hire the Senior Design Consultant(s) who will become the leadership foundation of your market
- Recruit and build a team of Marketing Coordinators responsible for door-to-door canvassing and appointment generation
- Develop your Senior Design Consultant(s) to train, coach, and lead the team in the field
- Ensure every new Marketing Coordinator is trained on Aspen Bravo’s proven canvassing system, including scripts, objection handling, mindset, grit, and appointment setting
- Recruit, develop, and mentor future Design Consultants and market leaders
- Drive recruiting, production, accountability, and growth throughout your market
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for recruiting and developing people
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Preferred
- Experience recruiting sales professionals
- Leadership experience in door-to-door or commissioned sales
- Background in solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, alarms, telecommunications, or other in-home sales industries
