Aspen Bravo is expanding, and we’re looking for exceptional leaders to help continue building our headquarters market in Knoxville.
This position begins as one of multiple Area Sales Directors responsible for leading and growing the Knoxville market. As Aspen Bravo expands throughout Tennessee and the surrounding region, the Area Sales Director who demonstrates the strongest leadership, recruiting ability, team development, and production results will earn promotion to Regional Sales Director.
This isn’t about managing people. It’s about building leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit exceptional people and build a high-performing sales organization
- Quickly identify and develop a Senior Design Consultant to help recruit, train, motivate, and develop your growing team
- Coach and develop future leaders while creating a culture built on accountability, competition, and winning
- Lead your market through rapid growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Compensation
- 100% commission and leadership overrides
- No salary or hourly pay
- Expected annual earnings of $250,000+
